Kick start a healthy 2018 while helping provide
health care
for those in need!

SWEAT4SURGERIES is a fun, 24-Hour community fitness event to kick start a healthy 2018 and assist the uninsured and medically underserved across Kentucky. 100% proceeds will benefit Surgery on Sunday to provide essential outpatient surgeries to the uninsured and underinsured who "fall through the cracks" of services currently available.

SWEAT4SURGERIES features 24 hours of circuit training led by Josh Bowen, CSCS, NSCA, with Aspire Fitness.  

In 2016 we raised $22k & last year we raised $37k-
this year our goal is to raise $50k!!

HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE OR GET INVOLVED:      

  • Complete Fitness: Includes all 24 hours of fitness, participant t-shirt.
  • Midnight Madness Fitness: Participate during the midnight hours of 12 am and 5 am.
  • Individual Classes: Participants may register for any class at a rate of $20 per class. 
  • Classes are capped at 30 participants per hour
  • Register and create your personal SWEAT4SURGERIES page and ask family and friends to make a contribution in support of you.

EVENT SCHEDULE

January 26, 2018

  • 5 pm:  Sweat4Surgeries begins
  • 6 pm: Virtual Training Hour (train online from anywhere)

January 27, 2018

  • 12 am -5 am: Midnight Fitness
  • 10 am: Virtual Training Hour (train online from anywhere)
  • 5 pm:  Sweat4Surgeries Ends
