Raise your heart rate and funds for Surgery on Sunday during Sweat4Surgeries V!

The fifth edition of this incredible fundraiser will be better than ever as we add even more fitness community partners to our lineup!

Sweat4Surgeries is a fun, 25-hour fitness event that will help you kick start a healthy 2020 and assist uninsured and medically underserved individuals in our area. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Surgery on Sunday as they provide essential outpatient surgeries to the uninsured and underinsured who "fall through the cracks" of health care services.

Sweat4Surgeries features 25 hours of circuit training led by Josh Bowen, CSCS, NSCA, of Aspire Fitness.  

Over the last 4 years, comprehensively, we have raised $149,000
and this year's goal is $51,000 - to reach a $200,000 total!

HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE OR GET INVOLVED:      

Complete Fitness: Includes all 25 hours of fitness, participant t-shirt.

Midnight Madness Fitness: Participate during the midnight hours between 12 am and 5 am.

Individual Classes: Participants may register for any class at a rate of $25 per class. 

Classes are capped at 30 participants per hour
